Think Green

Denise loves green. I love spring. I love the rain and storms that come, and I especially love the smell and look of a freshly mowed lawn. With all of this dieting I've been doing, It has given me so much energy and gumption to want to get out and move around and exercise! So today I explored my energy and boredom and decided to mow the lawn; front and back! It was fun! How can anyone think of it as a chore? It's great exercise and it makes your yard look new again. What's so bad about that? Except I'm kind of picky. I get frustrated to run over those spots of dirt where grass use to be. But it's a rental house so It isn't so bad I guess. Now I feel like taking a cold shower and going to bed. =)

So tomorrow is Sunday. I can't wait until church. I can't wait to tell everyone that I now work day shift so I can actually be at church Wednesdays now. I can also plan and attend activities with my VLB's. Isn't God just so good? It's amazing how He can meet the desires of my heart, even when I lose all hope. I am not ashamed of my father in Heaven. He is wise, all knowing, and faithful.

Denise is back and melting way!

I'm back! I'm dedicating some time to this blog thing again so the world can get to know Denise.
So many people think they know me, but you cannot truly know me, until you know where my heart is at. I chose blooming-daisy, because first of all, I love daisies. I'm a simple girl who likes simple things. Blooming daisy, because I am blooming. God is creating in me the woman in which He wants me to be. Each and everyday is a step closer to my destination; and that's to one day be a wife and mother, that I long so much to become. I must confess, it is the thing that sometimes has distracted me from life. But God is truly helping me each day to realize that He knows the desires of my heart, even if they are just little things to some people, they are enormous and very important to me. So new beginnings! I got a promotion! I can now go to work from 8-4:30 Mon-Fri, instead of 3:30 to midnight Mon-Fri. I'll no longer miss Wednesday night services, and I can actually plan things for my VLB department. So look out devil, God has a plan for me and you aren't in it!

Are you ready? Here it goes. I have lost 23 pounds and 36.25 inches in 5 weeks!! Mom. Has lost 28 pounds and 12.5 inches in 5 weeks. We are so excited!!!! And yes we are planning on going to the general assembly. In fact I plan on taking my own car and a bunch of new clothes because what I wear now will be way to big. this is a good problem. So I’m saving up every penny I can because next time everyone sees Denise, she will be skinny and look and act like the girl inside of her. She cannot wait to show the world who she truly is.
